The recreational classes are designed to introduce gymnasts of all ages (5+years) and abilities to the sport of gymnastics, no previous skills are required.

General gymnastics is taught at these sessions and the gymnasts learn to use a variety of equipment including beam, bar, vault, trampoline and floor. The gymnasts also have the opportunity to gain British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards.

Class times

Mondays 4.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturdays 11.00am - 1.00pm

Cost

£4.00 per session (paid at the start of every class)
